Fogim Space Controller LCD monitor arm installed

01-Jun-13 06:25pm     Room, Tech / Gadgets, Uncategorized

Bought this Taiwan-made LCD monitor arm from a local online store, Twincell Marketing. They also have a physical store in Greenhills Shopping Center, Manila.

Was surprised to see the actual box- so slim.

Using the monitor arm is helpful in saving space and you can move it around without hassle.

Didn’t use the cable clips that are intended for cable management. Instead, I used a tying wire to manage cable clutter so later there’d be no hassle when re/moving the monitor arm. The monitor mount from the arm is just plastic so I just hope that it’d last longer than what is  anticipated from a taiwan-made-stuff’s lifespan.

Nendoroids Collection 03.08.12

08-Mar-12 08:29pm     Figures / Model Kits, Random, Room

This morning woke up an hour earlier than the time I usually rise. Since I was waiting for the usual time for swimming, I just started fixing the layout of my Nendoroid shelves from the old and messy to new, clean and sorted layout.
Resumed arranging the shelves after I got home from work in the afternoon and unboxed Nendo Yami-chan which I received this morning.

Total Nendoroid figures: 64
Nendoroids: 32
Nendoroid Petites: 32

Older than the previous layout goes here.

Dual Monitor Again

08-Jan-12 09:48pm     Random, Room

Back to dual monitor, multitasking mode!

Since I bought a new Samsung 19in LED Monitor last month for work use, I get to temporarily use this Benq 15.6in monitor. Still waiting for my 4-year old 17in Samsung LCD monitor to be fixed before having this Benq monitor kept in storage as a reserve just in case the other office monitors go busted.

2nd Display Cabinet

21-Dec-11 01:38pm     Figures / Model Kits, Room

Finally able to get the display cabinet from the custom-glass shop a few days ago (12/19).
Second display cabinet, of course, is for the model kits and figures which were used to be displayed just out in the open full of dust, grease and oil.

The initial design of the cabinet wasn’t like the end result. Thanks to the (overly) confident carpenter, who always says “yes, yes, yes, of course” when(ever) I give him the explanations, the end result looks kinda shit than what my design actually looked like.  The design had only 3 glass covers but the end product needed 5 glass covers which is a pain to open individually. Well.. nothing I can do about it anymore just as long as I have the display cabinet.

Tenshi by the (toilet) door

09-Oct-11 10:37pm     Random, Room

… and a high stack of figure boxes.

Haven’t blogged anything for more than a week now. I guess this is just a filler post just for the sake of having a post for this (October) month. ^^;
