Acquired this prize figure from Sega back in September 2011.
As a fan of Saber, I couldn’t resist getting figures within my budget. This Saber Extra from the game Fate/Extra was within my budget. Despite being a really affordable prize figure, I still quite like the sculpt and the pose, one would expect very low and bad quality if cheap. I have not heard of Sega releasing other variation of Saber especially the original version yet, though I have seen Taito’s Saber prize figure. I’m sure that my only goal of getting this prize figure was because I’m sure I can’t afford to have thaose upcoming Clayz or Gift’s Saber Extras. Just need to borrow someone else’s cuz I’m really sure I want to take photos of her just like how I borrowed my friend’s Gift Saber Lily.

She really looks cute for a prize figure! The painting might be just OK, but all in all she´s nice! I like to buy Game- Prize figures because they are cheap but still cute and often represents the character very well. In my opinion, FuRyu and Banpresto do very very good jobs with Game-Prize figures!!

Sega or any of the company who brought us prize figures has their inconsistencies with their quality. I’d say, the most beautiful of Sega prize figure was Hatsune Miku Takeshi Miyagawa blue ver. premium prize figure.
This Saber looks nice, it’s one of those figures that make me think: Ah, should give prize figures a try sometime.

Yes, I think it’s the right time to start taking a look at them since their qualities as prize figures have become better and better than in the past.
