This is Minori Kushieda, an uber cheerful and positive thinker, a trusted buddy of Aisaka Taiga from Manga/Anime Tora Dora!.
I came to like her due to her cheerful character and her moeness. Never seen her depressed, gloom, etc. Let's say she's not far
from Tsuruya-san, also an uber cheerful character from Haruhi Suzumiya no Yuutsu.

Anyway, this figure was manufactured by Cospa and in the product line of Resinya.
All I can say about the Resinya's Tora Dora characters is that Minorin is pretty much accurate than Taigan and Ami. They're a bit off.

There were few minor flaws found in the head specifically located around the hair. The seam lines around her ears had a noticeable
gap otherwise the sculpt is pretty decent.

I've heard some bitches about Resinya figures on some reviews especially the first-ever-released Resinya Shirakawa Kotori but good
thing that I haven't found anything major on this figure other than the seam line around her hair.
