This is Takase Mizuki, a lead heroine from the game and anime series Comic Party & Comic Party Revolution.

I got this figure last June 12, 2008 (from Wasabitoys.com) for the sake of Keeping my Aya Hasebe figure a companion. They're from the same anime/game series. I was lucky enough that she was still available at the shop where I frequently buy figures and stuff. She was supposed to be out/discontinued long ago... She also has a second version, the more reason that the first would be discontinued.

Anyway, on to the review...
This figure stands approximately 15cm with the base on and 9cm - 10cm without the base.
She's one of my figures which possess a huge, wavey hair which one have to be careful when holding, touching, cleaning, etc. I like how the illustrator/planner/sculptor did to the pose and body. So sexy. The base is attached to her hip. A bit fragile though as it would result of falling off sometimes when not properly balanced onto the base's peg. Despite from having a sexy body sculpt, I'm not really fond of her face as it is a bit off from the actual character. But all in all, it's worth a buy despite being one of the older figures that Kotobukiya had created.. Now my Aya no longer be lonely... ^^

I was just experimenting on using a red cartolina for the background for this photoshoot and the result came out great.. I'm satisfied with the end result than using the usual white cartolina as I have tons to configure before posting the photos. Also, setting my camera's ISO to 200 instead of my usual ISO 100 helped the photoshoot a lot. Am still using my Sony Cybershot DSC-S650 (7.3megapixel) digital camera (no budget to buy a DSLR TwT). With that said, one doesn't need a DSLR camera to have a good looking pictures, the important thing there is the skills and techniques and don't stop learning new things... (I talk like someone having the skills & techniques..sheesh)

*This is a new layout that I came up with when I received this figure. So, please drop me a line on your opinion regarding this new layout for figure review cuz I might stick to this layout the next review.*
